Christmas Release At SLS Lines Digital Stamps

Good morning! I hope everyone is having a great week.. halfway through!!!  Today I had to take Bailey to the dermatologist to get some warts burned off her hand. She was soooooooooooo amazingly awesome!! She tolerated it so well!!  Now we are home.. I'm working! Hope you guys have a great rest of your day!!!  See you tomorrow !! hehehe

Today is a new release at SLS Lines Digital Stamps. We are celebrating Christmas!!  Here is what I've come up with for this new release:

You can find all the new stamps at the SLS Lines Digital Stamps shop. I've used Snowman Christmas for this card. I colored the image with my Copic markers. The papers are all scraps from last years Christmas papers. I'm trying to use them all up. I've done some decoupage with the tree and then popped the snowman and the boy. Also the snow levels. I've used a bit of tinsel around the tree and a little bit of snow marker on the tips of the trees. I have also used my snow marker for the snow at the bottom. I used white Liquid Pearls to add some snow falling. I've added the corner die cut, small red gems to add a bit of detail to that corner, the green ribbon and the green candi dots at the top. This is a tent card so there is no inside to decorate on this one.

Copic Markers Used:
  • Skin: R20, E000, E00, E01, E02
  • Snowman and Snow: B0000, B000, B00

October Inspiration for SLS Lines Digital Stamps

Happy Morning to you!! And Happy Monday... errr.. I guess its happy LOL  I can't believe the weekend is already finished. I feel like I didn't really get much done this weekend. I got 4 images completed.. colored, decoupaged, detailed, but I didn't get any cards created. I am almost finished with the 5th image I was working on. Again.. still didn't really get anything completed LOL  Oh well!!  This week will be a busy one. I have teacher conference for Bailey on Tuesday morning.. Kevin is going to do that one for me.. I LOVE THAT MAN! He is so wonderful!!  Then on Wednesday I have to take Bailey to the dermatologist. We are going to see about getting some warts removed from her finger tips. Bailey also has practice this week.. not sure which days yet.. they keep switching! And then her last game for the season will be Saturday morning. Michael was at a drama competition with the school this Saturday and they made it through to the regional level, so he will be doing that on Saturday, but they will be practicing Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I believe. He wasn't able to be IN the show because of his grades, but he is able to be a stage hand. That's it.. my busy week LOL  Hope you guys have a WONDERFUL week ahead!!!

Today I am sharing my October inspiration for SLS Lines Digital Stamps. Here is my inspiration:

For this card I'm using Day of the Dead Calavera 2 which you can find at the SLS Lines Digital Stamps Etsy Shop! I printed this image on kraft paper and colored her with my Prismacolor Pencils. I love the look of Prismacolor Pencils on Kraft! I did a little bit of decoupage.. I popped some of the flowers and the skull on the flower on her head. The two black strips on the front are embossed with brick wall embossing folder and they are also stitched around the edge with red. I stamped the thank you. The cut around the image is a Spellbinders die. The corners on the inside are Die-namics dies from My Favorite Things. The inside square is also a Spellbinders die. I used all cardstock on this card; no patterned paper. This is a diamond fold card, but inside out.

Getting Spooky at The East Wind

Good morning! Can you believe we are halfway through October? I can't believe it! Let's see... what's been going on? Bailey played a Lacrosse game on Saturday and they really got beat badly. But the girls played hard all the way through. So proud of them! There are only a couple of more games to go for the fall. Bailey seems to really like it though and she will keep practicing through until Spring. That's about it. I was feeling rotten all weekend... glad we are halfway through the week now. And yesterday... I thought it was Wednesday all day!!! Ughhhhhhhh I hate that!! LOL But!! It has been a good week so far at work. My desk is clear, I'm all caught up and my email box is manageable!! Hope you all have a wonderful rest of your week!

Today we are staring Challenge #17 with a theme of The Spooks Come Out At Night at The East Wind! Here is what I have come up with for this Challenge.. can't wait to see yours too!!

So, for this one I chose to use Lucy Loo Vampire Queen. LOVE HER!!!  You can find her at The East Wind Shop. I colored her with my Copic Markers. I cut the coffin shape with the Silhouette Cameo. Challenge 2 at SLS Lines

Good morning! And a very happy Sunday to you. I'm still not feeling great!! But I think I'm on the mend.. I think LOL! Ughhh I hate feeling like crap!! But I've take photos of the rest of my October creations and it's time to start working on November. So, for the rest of the day I'm hoping to color. I hope you all have a great rest of your weekend!

Today we are starting Challenge #2 at SLS Lines Digital Stamps!!  I hope to see you joining in!! Our theme for this challenge is 'Pink'! So, get out your pink and let's see what you've got!!  Here is what I came up with:

I am using Lady With Flowers which you can find in the SLS Lines Digital Stamp Shop. I used my Copic Markers to color this image. I did a small amount of decoupage.. just the flowers in her hair! I added a couple of die cut swirls from Cheery Lynn. The butterflies are Spellbinders. The shape that the image is cut is also a Spellbinders die. I added the random pink flowers and pink pearls. I also added white pearls on the butterflies. Then to finish it off I added some pink lace with pink ribbon on top of that. The 'thank you' and the 'thank you for your friendship' are both stamps. I inked with a bit of brown around the image as well! All of these papers are really old.. I couldn't tell you how long I've had them or who they belong to either LOL

Copic:
  • Hair: Y21, Y23, YR21, YR24; R20, R22, R24
  • Skin: E000, E00, E01, E11, E13

Whiff of Joy Christmas

Good morning everyone!

Today I'm sharing a new Christmas creation with you:

You can find My Best Winter Friend at the Whiff of Joy Shop. I added green and red gems and the red twine. I distressed the edges of the layered papers. This was a great way to use up some scraps I had from last year! And the sentiment is stamped.

  • Hair and Berries: R14, R35, R46
  • Antlers and Belt: E33, E35, E37
